I'm sorry, but what does this team do in practice? Like, how does an established team that just won the NBA title last year with a top 3 defense look so God-awful defensively against a bad Raptors offense, let alone the rest of the year?

This is a pretty huge indictment on the coaching staff that we look this bad a year removed from a title with the exact same roster. The players have a large responsibility, too, as they're clearly not playing hard enough either.

Tonight feels like the start of a long losing streak. Both games in Boston and then the west coast trip part 2

They might need to change the rotations where Tatum ends up playing the whole 4th and sitting a chunk of the 3rd. If he sits the beginning of the 4th and they fall behind double digits then what's the point??

You have a 3 on 2 fast break and don't take a layup. That kind of night.

Wow. Every player on this team couldn't hit water if they fell out of a boat. Dismal.

3 on 2 fastbreak, and we pull it out for a three that we brick when we're shooting a whopping 34% from three tonight.

I absolutely despise this offense, and ole Joe is going to keep pushing this extreme Mazzulla Ball until it leads to an early playoff exit and underperformance just like in 2023.

All you have to do is watch the effort on the boards to see which team is playing harder. Just embarrassing. Poor leadership from the entire coaching staff that we've continued to let this half-arse play go on for so long without holding the team accountable.

Considering we probably won?t get 3 injured teams in the east and a 5th seed in the finals you?re probably right.

There was a video of them playing pickleball in practice the other day

Can't wait for some more witty Joe quotes after this game instead of ripping into his team. Enough is enough.

Ya I don't think it matters what order you play guys. If the entire team (besides KP and Pritchard tonight) are going to struggle its going to be a tough game. I mean Tatum has the best plus minus on the team tonight, but its -1 despite playing a bunch of minutes vs the raptors VERY offensively challenged bench.

Guys just need to play better.
