That is what Houston do not have and why they will struggle in the playoffs. They are not a contender.

As a starter this season:

Randle                                Reid
18.9 PPG                              18.8 PPG
7.2 RPG                                 7.3 RPG
0.2 BPG                                1.5 BPG
47/32/81%                           45/39/100%

I expect they let J Randle walk at the end of the season and let Naz Reid takeover as the starting PF next to Gobert.

They should have traded Randle before the deadline to pick up some type of asset for him. Or couple Randle with assets to get a legit 2nd option for Ant.

That Towns for Randle trade has been a disaster and why Minnesota is no longer a title contender.

Indiana are on a nice run here. I was surprised to see them with a better record at 29-21 than the Clippers 28-23 after beating them last night.

It was only one month ago that the Pacers were .500 at 18-18. So they have been on a 11 wins 3 losses run this past month.

Indy gearing up for a playoff run?

They are now the 4 seed, and right now would face... the Bucks in the 1st round. That'd be exciting, that's a real growing rivalry.

Pacers absolutely look like the team that I thought would be a legit threat in the East behind New York going into the year. Obviously CLE has emerged as that team to beat in the East, but I think the Top-4 in the East accurately depicts who the actual best teams in the East have been so far. Bucks, Heat and a few of the other teams have had their moments but are still inconsistent. Pacers were too but are finding their groove and are mostly healthy.

If anything, maybe the path as the 2 or 3 seed favors us. The path is likely MIA/DET first round, then New York. I think that's better than PHI/ORL first round, then IND/MIL 2nd round which is likely what CLE would have to face.

Ime should be telling little ime that, not the media. He had Tatum and Brown.

FYI, this Sunday afternoon's 76ers-Bucks game will be Hubie Brown's final telecast.

That's sad, I'll miss him. I know some people think he's boring but he's still very knowledgeable and typically just talked basketball. Didn't overdo it with other theatrics and stuff as an analyst.

But also huge kudos to him for being able to do it this long. He's 91 years old!

Even at 91, I still think he's in the top 1/3 of TV analysts out there.  For a 90 something, his mind is still incredible

Yeah, I love the Mark Jones-Hubie team. Mark Jones IMO is very underrated too, he has some great calls late in games and I remember he briefly filled in for Mike Breen during parts of a playoff run when he had COVID and was excellent.

Wow.  91.  The quick thinking and recall he has is remarkable.  From my experience even sharp 90 year old have a brief pause when speaking.  Not much, but enough that it would make an announcing job impossible.

Watching the Sixers get wrecked by the Pistons, and I got to say I forgot how absurd the calls are for Embiid  ::)

These poor DET bigs can't do anything. Duren has 3 fouls and all have been so ticky tacky because Embiid flops like a lumbering oaf

Wemby should be dominating this game vs. Charlotte but it's a close game and a big reason is because he has 16/9 (pretty good) BUT is shooting 1-9 from 3. Not really attacking either.
