fine by me. we SHOULD get their best shot game 3.  first game back home. they are desperate. series is on the line wednesday and they know it. they know they cannot win 4 straight. we need to win game 3 and they may quit game 4 and we get a sweep. although ill sticl with my C's in 5 prediction. i think they win game 3 and we get game 4 and 5.

Looked like it was his left leg but they are saying it?s the same calf? Hope he?s not laboring the rest of the way, his rim protection is invaluable.

The Pacers were more difficult to defend than Dallas IMO.  Luka is the best offensive player obviously, but beyond that Dallas doesn't have the threats that the Pacers did. 

TJ MConnell was a constant threat with his penetration and midrange game.  Nembhard played with extreme confidence, and quite frankly was much better than Kyrie Irving has been thus far.  Turner disappeared at times, but put together some big scoring spurts.  So on and so forth.  Plus the Pacers played much faster and freer.  Better ball movement and man movement.

I don't know how much adjustments Dallas can make to pick the pace and play better.  They're struggling to score because they're grinding against the Celtics half-court defense all the time.  And they don't have the personnel to stop dribble penetration.

no way we shoot this bad again. but we can beat them at will at the rim

i do not see how they stop us there. as long as we attack the rim.

i still have the 2008 playoff games and local finals postgame shows on VHS somewhere! I hope they haven't deteriorated too much. Man Tommy and Mike were glowing.

Porzingis wouldn?t reveal specifically what the injury was but said it wasn?t related to his previous soleus strain. Just said he felt something and was a little limited after. Also added he would?ve died out there and will do everything to be ready for G3.

Well, it's not related to the previous strain, but yikes I have to say that I'm not liking the sound of that.

It's obviously not a huge thing given what everyone is saying, but just hopefully it's nothing that is too limiting for him.

Well, 2-0 is a good lead, but hardly insurmountable. Boston probably doesn't shoot this badly again this series, but you never know. And Dallas has homecourt the next two games, though the Cs have been a great road team this postseason.

oh, I'm not saying it's over b any stretch. But we're in the driver's seat. And my general feeling about the respective talent of both teams has held up so far. I feel pretty good.
