Interesting that 90 minutes before the game, still no official KP update. I think they told everyone like 3 hours before Game 3 he'd be out.

this whole KP thing has been the most stressful thing about the finals..but i will take it.

I wonder if he's not gonna actually play but he'll be in uniform so that if the C's win it all tonight, he can be involved with the celebrations while wearing a uniform 

I could be wrong but aren't you not allowed to wear it if you're out for a game?

In other words, he may play a couple garbage time minutes if we're about to clinch. 

This is the approach I suggested, so I'm happy with it.  He belongs in a uniform.

I doubt we?ll see much of him.  Maybe they?ve drawn up a play if there?s a stoppage for the final possession of a quarter.

I'm getting the impression that the only real remedy for Porzingis' injury is surgery.
Rest alone is not going to put the tendon back in place.
Repair it immediately after the finals are over and spend the summer healing.
The question is, can he do more damage by playing on it now ?
