Calling my shot the Knicks lose their first round series vs Philly or Miami.

Knicks are going to do what they always do.

Lol Brunson flopping trying to get the foul on the game-winning shot attempt. Go figure.

I almost would be rooting for either Philly or Miami there just to put NYK in their place. Can't stand the narrative around them lately and how overhyped they're getting just because it's New York.

I was really rooting for an Indy loss today. Now we are almost certain to have one of Philly or Miami. Yeah, we should still win, but that’s not an ideal first round matchup for by far the best team in the league

Anything can happen in one game. If Philly takes the seventh seed, then I could very well see Chicago or Atlanta getting hot and beating a Heat team to win the eight seed.

I’d rather just not play Philly. They’ve been rolling with Embiid back (and were doing the same before he went down). Miami has been inconsistent all year without the excuse of losing an MVP for several months

Honestly Brunson should probably get 1st-team ALL-NBA over Tatum. Can't deny what he's done for the Knicks this season despite all the guys around him getting hurt too.

Tatum is likely gonna be it though I think it's already determined

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Wait, they're doing each conference on a single night? Have they always done it like this? I thought they usually did the 7/8 game for both conferences first, and then the 9/10 game the following night with the final games on Friday night of that week?

Wyc let it slip today that he thinks the Celtics start their playoffs next Sunday.

Yeah, that's what they did last year.

Yeah Bulpett and Weiss say it's very likely Sunday afternoon next week. I posted it on the GDT.

Because 1 seeds in each conference find out their 8 seed opponent on Friday and it's not like they will force the 8 seed to play a B2B so it's always Sunday

Honestly, this may end up working out well for the Sixers.

If New York wins, I would think that Philly is favored in that series, even without HCA. Then, they're also likely favored against either Milwaukee or Indy in the second round.

They may actually have their best path to the ECF than they've ever had.
