Are the Sixers really going to blow this?

Sixers survive. Cavs lose.

Bad loss for Cleveland seeing the sixers had about 7 healthy players

While a few people were losing their mind the lakers had a 4-3 stretch the warriors are quietly on verge of 5th straight win with wins over pacers and suns.

Wolves vs Clippers.. Battle for first place in the West.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Thaddeus Young to Phoenix

Adrian Wojnarowski: Free agent F Thaddeus Young is finalizing a deal to join the Phoenix Suns, sources tell ESPN. More veteran, frontline depth for the Suns’ stretch and playoff run. Young has spent the past two-plus seasons with the Toronto Raptors. – via Twitter wojespn

Good pick up.

If hadn’t gotten Tillman I’d be mad.

Why not both? I'm slightly bummed that we didn't bring in Thad as a vet buyout. At least he's played this season. I have no doubt that Blake is cooked.

Bc I think they would nearly play the same role and create a bit of a log jam. They’d bothe be fighting for the Kornet/Brissett minutes. I don’t think they need that kind of competition on this team right now. I’d rather they commit to one player and get that person as integrated into the team as possible.

Either would be good for this team. Thad would be a more skilled/heady 3rd big (more like Horford) to have which would be great for the stretch run.  Where as Tillman is more of a dirt dog (something this team lacks) and has more long term potential.

Thad Young has not been good in a while.  He is about 17% from 3 the last 2 seasons.  Guys like him and Otto Porter and Rudy Gay keep on coming back but these guys are not going to help anyone at this point.

To me, it isn't so much of why not both Tillman and Young, it is simply why Young?  It would come down to Young over Queta for the last playoff roster spot.  I would rather have Queta.  I guess you could waive Mykhailiuk to free up a roster spot too, but I don't see that happening, at least not for Thad Young.

At this point, it is probably no one (so Queta) but I would be looking at Gallinari and Oladipo as possibilities.  The issue with either is injury and where they are in terms of recovery from their last injury.  Neither would be expected to play much.

Not a good signing. Won't help there team. They had better forwards there before that the coach didn't play and they have two centers better than Thad Young as well which is a position he is quite bad at playing anyway.

Suns need shooters next to their stars. Thad Young is a weak shooter. That is why he was shoe-horned in at center more and more where he does not have the size to be a defensive presence or strong enough rebounder.

The State of North Carolina has dropped three criminal counts – including a domestic violence protective order violation, misdemeanor child abuse and injury to personal property - against the Charlotte Hornets’ Miles Bridges for “lack of sufficient evidence,” according to a document filed today in the Mecklenburg (N.C). County court and obtained by ESPN.
