For those who care about the in-season tournament, the matchup between Toronto and Orlando tonight is big for the C’s.  A Toronto win would mean the Celtics need to win only one of their final two group games (at Orlando Friday afternoon and home vs. Chicago next Tuesday) to win their group and advance.  An Orlando win would mean the C’s would clinch the group on Friday with win over Orlando, but a loss on Friday would put Orlando in the drivers’ seat.

Wow, the Hawks drop 86 points in the first half on the Pacers. They also gave up 73 points. Looks like defense is already on Thanksgiving break

The over-under for this game was 259.5 when I saw it this morning.  I thought that was aggressively high, but apparently not!

And it looks like i jinxed him because he didn't hit any 3s in the 4th and didn't score any more.
Pacers still with a nice fun win where no one played any defense at all 157-152.

Orlando gave Toronto a thumping. 19pt win.

Magic now have 9 wins only 5 losses. Strong start to the season for them. Raps are 6 and 8.

Orlando have some nice depth

G: Jalen Suggs, Cole Anthony, Markelle Fultz
G: Anthony Black, Gary Harris
F: Franz Wagner, Joe Ingles
F: P Banchero, Jonathon Isaac
C: Wendell Carter, Mo Wagner, Goga Bitadze

That is a pretty solid 7 man bench.

Buddy Hield started instead of Mathurin today. That is interesting.

157-152 is a ridiculous scoreline.

and the 76ers now surrendered the No. 2 spot in the east standings to the Bucks.
Bucks with a quiet 5 game winning streak.   We need to come out and win this game tomorrow night.

Jazz have a really strange roster. It’s Markkanen and a bunch of role players.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Is Markkanen a role player?

I guess depends on your definition, but I view him as the third best player on a contending team (at best).

I think he’s pretty good. Made the all-star team last year. Definitely the most valuable player on their roster.
