Disappointing to be coming out of that drive with only a FG. Their defense was swiss cheese, and we couldn't get a single TD.

Well, as I said last week, I think it's gonna be a long, ugly season for the Pats. Yes, they're better off now that they have a legit offensive coordinator, but they still don't have a legit No. 1 receiver, Mac is good not great, and the D is expected to carry too much of the load.

Some well-deserved boos from the fans at the end of the first half—the defense is getting run off the field, and the offense can't do jack.
There are two kinds of people: those who say to God, 'Thy will be done,' and those to whom God says, 'All right, then, have it your way.'

You don't have a soul. You are a Soul. You have a body.

Tua releasing the ball quick to his super quick receivers. Pats rush looked like they had him a couple times.

About as ugly a half-ending drive as possible from Pats perspective. Now have to stop them coming out the 2nd if they have any chance in this.

Miami clearly better in the 1st half. Though Pop’s fumble was huge. When he made the move to the right I was thinking no - get the secure 1st down which he had just heading upfield.

On the plus side, I think Mac did pretty well. He has limited time and he knows it - but has gotten the ball out quickly and accurately.

Zeke’s been nothing.

Tua has playmakers around him. And the Pats defense is playing so soft that even random guys like Berrios and Cracraft are just wide open in the flat or on slants.

Mac Jones meanwhile hits Parker and Boune right on their hands and they can't make the catch. Then Douglas catches one, has a first down but then fumbles.

Frustrating...

Mac is having a good night, but this defense is atrocious and the guys around Mac aren't helping him out either.

The O line is a glaring issue right now. Just getting beat off the line every play

Yep. Maybe next year they will finally decide to address it through the draft or free agency. It’s only been a glaring need for the last two seasons.  :blank:

Defense keeping this from being a blowout, but man that offense is bad and hard to watch.

Holy crap, that was an amazing play call for the FG block. I think we might start to see a lot of teams trying that
I'm bitter.
