Some of the Miami offers I see mentioned as possibilities over at RealGM Forums have the 2 firsts, pick swaps, and their two most recent 1st round picks N Jovic and J Jacquez in the deal.

Equivalent of 4 1sts and pick swaps.

Idk anything about Jovic or Jacques but late 1sts as will be the other firsts. All fine if Herro is more than what I think he is. Trading a top tier player in DL for a guy who sniff an all-star game in the future plus change is a fantastic trade for Miami.

I don’t know why Portland would rather have that than a DW, PP/Davison/Hauser, GSW #1… deal.  Could put Rob in the mix.  Cs could outbid that Miami deal without trading Jaylen.

Haha sorry but I’ve got to say it again, the Celtics can’t trade for Lillard, unless Brown is in the deal.

Given the impending super-max extensions of Brown & Tatum, the NBA Collective Bargaining Agreement does not allow three super max players to be on the same team.

They got rid of the two supermax limit in the new CBA.  If you want three and the restrictions/penalties that come with being over the second apron, not to mention the enormous tax bill, you are allowed to.

Wow, I am so sorry, my mistake. I didn’t know that, thank you for the information!

Does it need to be a full supermax?  If JB signed for 95% of the full amount would that disqualify them?

Haynes reported that Boston has asked Portland about the asking price…

Is sth going on, also tying it with nothing on the Jaylen front yet??

If GMs are not asking about someone's price they're not doing their job.

He is saying the T'Wolves and Pelicans made inquiries too. And of course the Clippers. Interesting.

The Pelicans and the Spurs have the advantage with young players and picks to offer compared to teams like the Celtics, Heat, and Clippers.

I mean I would hope Brad called to see what the asking price is.

Doesn't mean they are going to trade for him.

What if Brad is really trying to pull of Lillard?  That's why everything is so quiet.

He would send Brogdon to the Clippers.  Portland gets Rob, Zubac, Mann, Pritchard, Hauser, and for filler Marcus Morris contract. Boston shoots over future picks and pick swaps.

Clippers get Brogdon, Nurkic, Kornet.

Boston is left with a Big 4 plus Derrick White so the best starting 5 in the NBA.  Only Horford and Brissett left on the bench. Maybe they sign Grant Williams for big money first 2 years and just go for broke for the next two seasons.

Would be nuts but hey let's get nuts

Would prefer trading Horford over Rob Williams. I’m generally against trading for Lillard.

I'm also not a big fan at this time for trading for Lillard.  If Brad does a trade, please don't trade Rob.  I want to see Rob play with KP.  Amazing potential D.

Haven't we been down the road of the undersized no defense shoot first point guard multiple times?

Pass. You would have no bench at all.

I find interesting that Blazers wanted Towns and when were told No, that was it for that. Tells me Herro is not getting the Heat Lillard even with third team. They want a high caliber star in return.

Guessing Brown is the ask from us although no supermax and angry Brown.

Guessing Bam is ask from Heat too

In the end though, who is sending a star for him. That is the question.

I can easily see the Pelicans offering Zion for him.

For trade purposes, are we still in the 125% rules, or are we down to 110%?
