Schroder 2yrs $26mil with Raptors.

They are going to regret that deal.

Man, what a downgrade in teams of team play and leadership from Vanvleet to Schroder.

Not bad 3 and D guy

Spotty on the threes though.  Not sure about the D.

Didn't he hit like 6 vs Boston a year ago? Seems like he can make them. But he gives Boston more length.

He was a 31% 3PT shooter last season.

I'm not saying he is Curry from three...but he can make them. Seems he is not consistent. I hope its his defense they want.

The year before he was at 35%.  So not absolutely horrible, but…he probably isn’t playing much for us anyways right?  4th wing after Sam H?

I certainly hope this isn't the only move Brad makes...

Expectation is two-year deal for Oshae Brissett with the Celtics is for veteran's minimum with an option for the second season from what I'm hearing.

2 years is a bit weird if they are trying to stay under the second apron (and want to use the MLE), but with only 4 years of service I guess it doesn't make a huge difference.

I assume that's a team option, not player

Great, so he can take over the Marcus Smart shooting role on offense.

That's really weird then, I'm surprised he had the leverage for that

Josh Richardson also drew interest from the Minnesota Timberwolves and Boston Celtics, league sources told @hoopshype. The Miami Heat’s Pat Riley and Erik Spoelstra called to recruit Richardson to Miami.

Frustrating!  He would have filled a big need.

But, as a player, I'd lean toward Spo over Joe as well.
Something died inside me when I read that....

Man, what a downgrade in teams of team play and leadership from Vanvleet to Schroder.

Their halfcourt offense is going to be butt ugly next year. A dodgy shooting PG. A bad shooting forward in S Barnes. A non shooting big in Poeltl. A sketchy shooter in Siakam. An underperforming shooter in Anunoby due to an oversized role offensively forcing him into lower percentage shots.

Opposing defenses are going to have a field day with these guys.

Still no signing or replacement for Gary Trent Jr either. He was their best shooter.

GTJ opted in, he's still on the team. They also drafted Gradey Dick, one of the better shooters in the draft.
