That FVV deal is a three year max deal at 30% of the cap. First year will be nearly 41 million. Rockets still have about 23 million in space i think. They should go after Lopez as a stretch big to provide spacing for all their guys.

Toronto needs a point guard? FINE! You can have Brogdon for OG. We’ll throw in a second, too.

Lots of big contracts for role players.

So much for people thinking the new CBA killed the NBA middle class
I'm bitter.

Dang. Hehe. Wow. The interest this morning from the Raptors must have gotten Houston to up their offer.

Would you really rather pay VanVleet $130mil than Harden?

What happens to Jaylen Green? He’ll start as the 2 guard?

Lakers signed Cam Reddish. Presumably to backup T Prince and Hachimura as a 3rd string forward.

Herb Jones 4yrs $54mil to stay with Pelicans.

What is that? $15mil less $1.5mil. $13.5mil per year. Good price for NOP. Better value than what a lot of other teams are getting for worse role players.
Max Strus getting more money than Herb is impossible for me to comprehend!

G Will would be interesting as a floor spacing big for Houston. I'd worry that B Lopez would hurt Sengun's development. G Will can take a bench role behind Jabari Smith Jr. Or even start alongside him.

VanVleet for that money is astonishing. Good for him.
