Wiggins 8pts on 11 shots
Poole 6pts on 9 shots and 2 FTs
Draymond 4pts in 18min

Those three guys need to step up. They can't expect Klay and Steph to do all the scoring.

Sabonis only 7pts on 10 shots & 5 turnovers.

What a disappointment he has been in this series.

Interesting graphic there for the GSW 2024 season tickets. They had four players on the graphic - Draymond, Wiggins, Steph and Klay. No Poole.

Indication of who they see as the core of their team today and next season.

I had Warriors in 5. Very intriguing series indeed.

This could be the defending champion's last home game in the playoffs. Possibly the last for Draymond Green and some of the folks.

Warriors Dynasty could be over.
Quoting Nick from the now locked Ime thread:

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Suns vs Nuggets

Starters

G: CP3 vs J Murray
G: D Booker vs KCP
F: T Craig vs M Porter Jr
F: Durant vs A Gordon
C: Ayton vs Jokic

I like Denver in 3 of the 5 matchups - Jokic over Ayton, J Murray over CP3, MPJ over Craig. PHO with big advantages at SG and PF with Booker and Durant.

Reserves

G: C Payne vs R Jackson / Ish Smith
G: D Lee vs C Braun
F: Okogie vs B Brown
F: TJ Warren vs Jeff Green
C: Biyombo / Landale vs T Bryant

Others: T Ross, L Shamet, Bazley for PHO. Nnaji, Cancar, D Jordan for DEN.

If Cameron Payne returns, PHO have an advantage at backup PG. If not, they are at a disadvantage as they have no real PG on their bench. I like PHO at SG with Damion Lee over Braun. I also like PHO at C with Biyombo or Landale over T Bryant because both of PHO's Cs are capable of providing solid team defense & rebounding while T Bryant is not.

TJ Warren vs Jeff Green will be an interesting matchup. Or maybe they will go with Bazley. Maybe Warren isn't healthy enough. Hard to know how that plays out.

Bruce Brown should have the advantage at SF over Okogie. Brown a more complete offensive player and better rebounder. Can create some offense. Dribble, drive, pass, finish.

DEN's bench really sucks. They only got 6 guys on that team that they can rely on. I hoped R Jackson would give them a 7th but that hasn't happened.

Both of these teams - GSW & SAC - are pretty mediocre. They are playing no better than ATL were. Everything is on the perimeter. Hardly any interior play on offense or defense. Bad rebounding.

Both are all offense / hardly any defense teams.

It is entertaining to see them go at each other but neither team looks anywhere near a squad that can challenge to win the West. Luckily for them, neither do LAL or MEM so all 4 teams have a shot at makin the WCF.

Think you're overrating the Suns and Nuggets.

Man, the West sucks.

How you going to win a Championship with only 6 players!?

Boy, after all the crap they talked this year, Memphis on the verge of getting knocked out in the first round as a 2 seed. They’ll deservedly get a lot of flack.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.
