Weird, Jae Crowder is unhappy.

“I’ve never been in a situation like that,” he told the Journal Sentinel. “Eleven years. Check my résumé. I’ve been playing. I’ve always been playing. “I’m very confused as to why I was brought here. I don’t know my purpose here and why I was brought here.”

Jae Crowder acknowledged, “we came up short big time. And we failed.”

Milwaukee gave up 5 seconds for him/to make salaries match.  We got a relative bargain on the unused Muscala.

Milwaukee desperately needed a big wing defender to check Butler, yet Crowder couldn't get off the bench.  Not sure whether that says more about Crowder or Bud tbh, but it probably says something about both.

Crowder is a bit slow for defending Jimmy. Better used on C Martin or Kevin Love.

But that job should mostly be for Giannis, Lopez , and Portis. And in a more "positionless" league, if you can't guard anyone else, what good are you?

I remember when people were actually worried when MIL got Crowder thinking he'd be some secret weapon. The guy hadn't played for half a season and it seemed to show. Looked very rusty, horrible on defense. When we played the Bucks late in the season, the Jays absolutely pantsed him during the minutes he played.

You can criticize Bud for a lot of things but I don't think it's his fault Crowder didn't work out and he didn't see the floor much. As Birdman said above, Crowder should take a good look in the mirror.

He can't play and he's a terrible presence in the locker-room. I was thrilled the Bucks went after him

This is where Brad did it right - he made sure that the guys he got for the deep bench realized that they were not gonna play much. He was open from the get go. Crowder probably thought that he was gonna be a vital cog ni Milwaukee. That’s three teams now that he’s openly been digruntled with - Boston, Phoenix, and now Milwaukee. Not a good look for him.

I am still wildly baffled at Coach Bud during that final stretch. Sitting on those timeouts was crazy. Not having Lopez in at the end of regulation defending the inbound, allowing Giannis to roam, was also weird. Some serious blunders by him. There was no way they should have lost that series.

That sounds like a fireable offense. Not being aware of the situation, esp in a win or go-home game.

I kept hearing from a few on here how Milwaukee’s bench was just as good as Boston’s lol. Not even close. Portis is cool. After that? MEH. Brogdon and White are way better than their entire bench combined

Kings playing the Warriors tough at the Bay. Would be cool if they get the W and Memphis can force Game 7 as well

Some people on here have a tendency to overrate players on other team while simultaneously underrating players on the Celtics.

Sacramento being too aggressive with their perimeter D. Closing out too much especially on long 3s. Giving up easy driving lanes for easy midrange shots or jumpers. Make them make the long 3.
