Seems to be Joe's MO. JT was perfect from the field 5-5 earlier in the game and Joe subbed him out. He of course hasn't been the same since Joe froze him out 

He's an idiot at virtually all things in-game management.

I realize he probably has his rotations scheduled in the 1st quarter, but it probably wouldn’t have hurt to improvise and let Tatum keep cooking. It’s been a complete disaster since that time.
