That Suns-Mavs game was box office and had everything

Booker, Durant, Doncic and Kyrie each scoring 30+

Would love to see another Mavs-Suns playoff series again this Spring

Kings vs Clippers. Suns vs Mavericks. Warriors vs Grizzlies. Those are some drama-filled playoff series the NBA should be itching to see. They'll generate tons of money from them

Yeah I'd be grabbing my popcorn for every game of those series lol. Even if not first round, it's possible we could see 1 or 2 of these as 2nd round series too.

Wow. Warriors are 27-7 at home, but a terrible 7-23 on the road. Even today, down 33-18 early on the road

Man the NBA has changed lol. Feels like every big lead now gets blown in just 2-3 minutes

Just like the NFL. A 24-6 lead or a 21-7 lead eventually evaporates in a blink of an eye, and eventually the other team wins at the end  ;D

Definitely a pattern where in almost every sport, they are priotizing rules that hurt the defense and/or promote more offense. Even in baseball, besides just the pitch clock they also have other changes like bigger bases (to make stealing bases easier), banning shifts, having those extra inning "ghost runner" rules. Same with the NFL. Then in the NBA, a lot more emphasis on calling fouls (free throws) and certain things like "take fouls" so the defense can't exploit that in transition

That was a monster game from AD, and a big win for the Lakers. They'll need that AD more often the next month if they want to make playoffs, and hoping he stays healthy

Warriors now 7-24 on the road

Warriors seem to play well in Boston but when they play at other arenas they are crap lol.

The Lakers didn't even have Russell (and obviously Lebron).  Amazing what swapping out a couple of pieces for players that actually make sense can do for a team.  That and Anthony Davis actually remembering he is supposed to be a top 75 player all time in what should be the heart of his prime.
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

Translation: after winning a home game, Moranis is excited the hated rivals of the Celtics remain in 11th place.

Some consolation - at least we're not the Clippers haha Losing big at home to a Grizzlies team without Ja, Brooks, Adams, or Clarke and embroiled in a massive controversy over the past two days.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

51pt 3rd quarter for the Griz.  Win the quarter by 21 points.
