Per source, Colts benching Matt Ryan, turning to Sam Ehlinger. Sam makes 1st career start Sunday vs. Washington. Nick Foles will be No. 2.

Wowzers. Ryan also has a shoulder injury now but apparently they were going to make this switch regardless. Are the Colts basically tanking now?

I don't think so.  I just think Ryan doesn't have it.  May be the injury or it could just be his age.

Maybe. Pats play them in a few weeks so we'll see how Ehlinger looks. That game to me suddenly feels easier

It's because they're no better than a 6 win team.

Tp. They look like a pretty bad team to be honest.

which makes the Pats what, since they lost to them.  We will see by the end of year who was more correct about the Pats, but I'm guessing they are closer to 6 than 10 wins.

What sucks is we have to eat it if the ravens win this. I won’t run and hide when I’m wrong though like some (nobody specific just would like to see more people admit when they are wrong, makes for more honest discussions rather than the skip Bayless move on to next hot take strategy.

And now comes the crazy time when the Ravens have a lead in the 4th quarter.  Not double digits, they may be good. ha.

Well the offense functioned in the 4th quarter, but the defense still let the Bucs move up and down the field in crunch time.  Definitely need to correct that, but the Ravens have one of, if not, the easiest schedules remaining.  The only team with a winning record on their schedule is the Bengals which is the last game of the year.  Real chance they could go on a big time run and end up competing for the bye in the AFC.  Obviously blowing the Bills game hurts that, but the Bills schedule is tougher.

Lamar is special. They need to start taking advantage of his legs and win some playoff games. I think Harbaugh should be on the hot seat with a premature exit. Many hammered (and still do) Aaron Rodgers and McCarthy eventually got fired.

The Ravens need to start winning with this guy. I’m also not sure why he doesn’t have a contract.

because he rejected a 5 year, 250 million dollar contract because it wasn't fully guaranteed.

For us that’s a lot. He’s comparing himself to Kyler and Deshaun’s deals. Lamar is better and should take free agent meetings. They can’t seem to put a competitive team around him.
