Grant Williams has developed into quite a valuable role player - he just keeps improving.
His 1v1 defence on Durant was immense for someone 4-5 inches shorter than him. What an effort from Batman

What's happening to the Sixers right now is exactly why you don't let up in a game 4 when you have a 3-0 series lead if Scott Foster does his thing.

I wish Tommy was around to enjoy this sweep.

I will toast to that

Me too. TP

He would have gone Full Nuclear in that last quarter. Mike would have had to chain him to the chair

  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism
I think we've seen the best of Kyrie this series, as he had something to prove in game 1 and he proved it. He already has his Title so I don't think he has that killer instinct/desperation of those who don't. Not that I expect him to mail it in Bucks series style, but it has to be absolutely deflating to him to do what he did in game 1 and lose. I just don't see him as the type of guy to come back even stronger in game 2.

I'm not right about a lot, but I said this about Kyrie before game 2 and it came to fruition. Durant taking all of the lumps, but dude totally disappeared after his big performance in a game 1 loss.

He might have actually charged the court on that Tatum 6th foul.

I can't wait to do a little statistical comparison of this series vs the series against Milwaukee he had for us. Two quit jobs

When the going gets tough, Kyrie checks out. Happens without fail.

I LOVE AND MISS TOMMY

i grew up watching TOMMY broadcast on CBS in the 80's.

 :'( :'( :'(

Yeah. It's crazy when you think about how many hours we listened to his and Mike's banter. Was a big part of my teen years, adding color to some bad 90's C's teams. Glad i got to experience that.

The funny thing is we're only half joking. When i first started watching the C's i thought he was just griping to Mike when he'd start yelling.

Then i noticed on some replays you can see him standing up, leaning over the table and screaming right in the refs' ears.
