Sticking with my original Tatum prediction a few years ago. 4 titles minimum when all is said and done.

I love Tatum. But it’s hard to win a championship. Think about what Paul Pierce had around him for a few years there at the end and he only has one trophy. It’s hard. Lots can go wrong. Heck, think about Karl Malone or Reggie Miller. Or Vince Carter.

KG doesn't go down and we repeat. If Shaq stays healthy I believe we win that season as well.

Had Joey not screed us in  2010, they would have had that one as well.

Lots of "ifs" but that was a lot of bad luck that most teams don't have in that time span.
Back to wanting Joe fired.

What are the odds that the Nets fans boo Ben Simmons at some point in game 4?

I don't want to be a wet blanket, but there will someday be a team that comes back from being down 3-0.
Red Sox already took care of that exception for all sports. We're good.  ;)
TP , but...

Desmond Bane just hit three in a row in this Minny/Memphis game 4.

IF we had not traded him away in the draft, we would be title favorites.
We need a knock-down shooter like him.
The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce

If Shaq or Perk had not gotten injured too we would have still won another one

It's insane to me how well the C's have dealt with KD this whole series. Like even when Lebron has bad games he can put up numbers or impact the games in other ways (like his passing and facilitating), but KD tonight put up "meh" stats in a must-win game (16/8/8 - pretty good but definitely not Durant-like) and he didn't seem to do much overall. And throughout this series, it's been the same.

Durant is the best player in basketball when healthy but he's looked far from it through the first 3 games.

He's not physical enough to be the best player in basketball.  And he's never done anything without a loaded team around him.

Truth. KD shies away from contact

So... Tony Brothers and/or Scott Foster for Game 4 I'm guessing? Foster "did his job" today in the Sixers-Raptors series lol

Odds are 100% that some fans will boo him 100% of the game

Correction - If Danny doesn't make the bone-head trade sending Perk to OKC mid-season, we win the 2011 title.
That team was rolling and was very motivated after the 2010 4th quarter debacle.

If Bruce Brown had a poor shooting night these guys would have gotten blown out early.

Bruce Brown deserves to get PAID this offseason. I hope the C's can find a way to add him lol. He's a Boston native too.

But yeah, if it weren't for his great 1st halves the last two games the Nets might have been blown out early

Yeah, as good as he is there is something missing in his competitive DNA. Not saying he doesn't compete... he just doesn't compete as much as the all time greats.

His skinny frame doesn't help with contact, either.

Yes!!! Yes!!!  The dominators!!  I had to pause for half hour and just catching up. This team could actually go all the way. Tatum is a beast! JB is a beast!!
