At post-game presser, TL says he had no pain.

And Blake Griffin showed up looking like had been in a car accident...

Why is Rob Williams wearing a Kobe t-shirt at his post-game ?

All due respect, but this ain't the time or place.

Glad to hear it. He made an immediate impact, even in limited minutes.

He looked understandably rusty out there. Awesome to hear he feels fine tho. He still has the hops which is a good sign

I won't trash talk Griffin. He came in and actually gave the Nets some good minutes when they were desperate for something. Still a lot more than I can say for Ben Simmons who was sitting like a clown on the bench with that outfit lol

Though yeah, we also saw why Griffin doesn't play much to begin with either. He may have hit some shots, but the C's had no trouble scoring either on the other end when he was in so BKN couldn't really close the gap late

It's the closest the Lakers are getting to the playoffs this year lol

If Jaylen wants to struggle every first half so that he goes god mode in the 4th... honestly I'm fine with it lol

Sticking with my original Tatum prediction a few years ago. 4 titles minimum when all is said and done.

I love Tatum. But it’s hard to win a championship. Think about what Paul Pierce had around him for a few years there at the end and he only has one trophy. It’s hard. Lots can go wrong. Heck, think about Karl Malone or Reggie Miller. Or Vince Carter.

KG doesn't go down and we repeat. If Shaq stays healthy I believe we win that season as well.

Had Joey not screed us in  2010, they would have had that one as well.

Lots of "ifs" but that was a lot of bad luck that most teams don't have in that time span.

If Shaq or Perk had not gotten injured too we would have still won another one

If. If.  If. If.
Look I’m happy we won tonight. I don’t want to rain on any parades. Let’s just  keep it simple for now. It’s really hard to win a championship. I’d be happy for one for the Cs from Tatum.
Celtics fan for life.

We gotta get back the lead for total titles - even though their first two were not even NBA titles.
And they never put up the Minneapolis banners until they started getting close to us.

Here's a crazy stat. Tatum today (39 points) outscored KD + Kyrie COMBINED (32 points)

Also if we're being honest, Tatum looked very sloppy for stretches during the game and still put up 39 points and was still great on defense with 6 steals. Tatum has truly arrived in the NBA  8) He's truly taken that next step

Kyrie at his post-game.

Mentioned his "fasting" as a factor in his fatigue. "I need to be spiritually grounded"

As a person of faith myself, I have all respect for a person's beliefs, but Irving is such a fraud, I cannot take him seriously.

Irving isn't wrong that fasting probably has an effect, but Jaylen has also been fasting.

What I found interesting though is that Nash said the same thing AND said KD's been exhausted lately since he's had to play 40+ minutes a lot lately (he went 46 tonight), BUT that also included the games leading up to the play-in game and the play-in game as well. That's true, because BKN was still fighting for seedings in the play-in and they had to play Cleveland in a play-in game.

It's definitely caught up to them. KD looked tired in the 4th today which was uncharacteristic of him. And I didn't even think it was because of the C's defense, he was just gassed and everyone could see it

And now the schedule becomes a game every other day. No two days off between games, which I think favors the C's since the Nets are an older team
