I wasn’t able to watch the game. How’d Simmons do?

It's insane to me how well the C's have dealt with KD this whole series. Like even when Lebron has bad games he can put up numbers or impact the games in other ways (like his passing and facilitating), but KD tonight put up "meh" stats in a must-win game (16/8/8 - pretty good but definitely not Durant-like) and he didn't seem to do much overall. And throughout this series, it's been the same.

Durant is the best player in basketball when healthy but he's looked far from it through the first 3 games.

I like his glasses.

He didn't play a single minute, which makes it his best playoff performance to date.

Yeah he should have been fined for showing up dressed like that!

He had 11 shots in 45 minutes. That is crazy.

After a 3rd straight win in the series, you could put Bobcat Goldwaith out there as a postgame analyst and I'd still be thrilled.

Sticking with my original Tatum prediction a few years ago. 4 titles minimum when all is said and done.

I love Tatum. But it’s hard to win a championship. Think about what Paul Pierce had around him for a few years there at the end and he only has one trophy. It’s hard. Lots can go wrong. Heck, think about Karl Malone or Reggie Miller. Or Vince Carter.
Celtics fan for life.

I don't want to be a wet blanket, but there will someday be a team that comes back from being down 3-0.
Red Sox already took care of that exception for all sports. We're good.  ;)
TP , but...

Hah - yes.  There's nothing I hate more than stats about what hasn't happened or rarely happened.  Means nothing.  They still have to beat the Nets with KD and KI for 48 minutes one more time.

My two friends who went to the game at Barclays texted me. They said it was like 75/25 Nets-Celtics fans BUT in the general area where they were sitting, the people there were wearing casual clothes and are KNICKS FANS lol. Not even Nets fans. There might not even be many real Nets fans at the games  :P

Also said there was a big "Lets go Celtics" chant at the end which we all heard and they took part in. Said there was even some attempts at a "Kyrie sucks" chant throughout but those got bogged down lol.

They had fun!

Knicks are the bigger franchise, but Nets are the better team in that city. But always nice to see Celtics fans taking over New York.  ;D

The Nets being in Brooklyn just means the NY fans get disappointed twice

How funny would it be if Ben Simmons comes back but one of Kyrie/KD (Probably Kyrie) just quits and is out for Game 4 with some fake injury

If Bruce Brown had a poor shooting night these guys would have gotten blown out early.
