The only thing that really matters is whether he was playing as himself on the Celtics or the wizards haha

If some fans here think that NBA teams don't have multiple PS5s set up in their practice facilities and locker rooms for the players to enjoy while killing time before and after practice and before games and that players aren't constantly using them, they are seriously fooling themselves.

For the current age span of NBA players, that generation grew up on playing video games on PlayStations and Xboxes. I am sure that for many it is a stress relief. My son works for Fanatics and their employee rooms are littered with PS5s, wide screen TVs tuned to sports and even a tap for beer. It's state of the art comfort for the employees. It's no different for professional sports clubs, I am sure.

And I am sure, the players using them aren't sacrificing NBA game performance by playing these video games. Chalk this up in the I could not care less column for me.

Thanks to the OP for this, but not sure it's a big deal and think this is a common place amongst teams:

If that's how he relaxes pre-game I don't really care.

You should care, at least to make sure he is getting enough of the pregame therapy.

So long as he isn't using anyone but the C's and he traded Smart, TL, and fillers for Beal. Go Tatum 2k!

Lotta IT orgs are like this.

I've worked for at least 4 places with beers in the fridge.

One had beers and soda. Soda was $1 a pop. Beers free. Gets wild.

I don’t care that he plays. However, I don’t like how he is so obsessed with his 2K rating, his All-Star votes, or his All-NBA status. If he plays within a team concept, all those things will come naturally, as Tatum is ultra-talented. I just don’t think he sees it that way, and believes he needs to force shots to improve his scoring for those things to come.

Unfortunately I think the same is mostly true for Jaylen too.  They both seem to worry more about their numbers then they do about their wins.

Right now I wouldn't hate the idea of benching Smart, Brown and Tatum and see what they can do with Schroeder, Horford and Rob Williams out there as the team's best players.  When those two guys are out there everything seems to feel better.

The more I watch this team the more I miss Rozier.  People can whinge and complain about his attitude all they want, but for all his flaws that kid played with hustle, heart and passion every single night.  And when he was here the team moved the ball a hell of a lot more then they are doing now...and won more games too.
