If some fans here think that NBA teams don't have multiple PS5s set up in their practice facilities and locker rooms for the players to enjoy while killing time before and after practice and before games and that players aren't constantly using them, they are seriously fooling themselves.
For the current age span of NBA players, that generation grew up on playing video games on PlayStations and Xboxes. I am sure that for many it is a stress relief. My son works for Fanatics and their employee rooms are littered with PS5s, wide screen TVs tuned to sports and even a tap for beer. It's state of the art comfort for the employees. It's no different for professional sports clubs, I am sure.
And I am sure, the players using them aren't sacrificing NBA game performance by playing these video games. Chalk this up in the I could not care less column for me.
