I love how a lot of people are saying our game was reffed terribly.

Stuff like this.

Refs tried to make it a game.

Unfortunately for them, this sweep is in the BOOKS

.edit: HECK, even CHUCK mentioned how badly it was officiated

I laughed when Barkley said it was one of the worst reffed games he’s ever seen. Even called out SVG for his commentary.

Luka heating up and it's over. Mavs may win this by 30+ lol

If they get this over 30 it is pretty good for them because doncic doesn’t have to go crazy minutes wise.

I know I can't complain since the C's got the sweep but I'd love to see some blowout C's wins in the future series. It'd be great for the heart

Yeah brooklyn was honestly a very solid team even with all their issues. Are defense is just dominating if we got to play the jazz or bulls or hawks or nuggets we probably would have had a blowout.

Yeah Games 3 and 4 was annoying in that the C's would always go up 10-15 points, then give up 8-10 in a row and never pull away. But oddly enough that's basically how the games went. Boston stayed ahead throughout, responded to every run and basically held a 4-9 point lead for most of the games.

Thankfully BKN never took a big lead or anything. In a weird way it felt like the C's were in control of both games even though the end of this game got real dicey because of the stupid refs.

Brooklyn had a 17-point lead in Game 2, in which that lead evaporated and gave them the L. That was probably the toughest game of this series, followed by Game 1.

A Western Conference finals series that I'd love to watch would be Warriors-Mavericks. Luka Doncic vs Steph Curry. Classic showdown and rematch of that 2007 "We Believe" Warriors playoff matchup!

Donovan mitchell has a hamstring injury. Crazy injuries in first round. Believe he would become the 5th all star to miss time if he is out (doncic , Booker, Middleton, van fleet)

Nets should sign & trade Irving to the Knicks.  Randle and Fournier for him.  Nets get some scoring and go into next year with a starting 5 of Claxton, Randle, Durant, Harris, Simmons with Curry, Fournier, Mills, Brown, and maybe Drummond.  Pretty solid team and you don't have the headache of both Simmons and Irving (1 is far more manageable than both of them).

Man, Kyrie has fallen from grace so much...
He was never in grace or that high up for.  Very good, but never great.  Just too inconsistent, too injured, and too poor defensively to be anything more than very good.

he hit that big shot in the finals. And has hit numerous clutch shots. That is incredibly valuable.

I'm not sure Randle can do that.

From that perspective I'd say it's a fall from grace.

i wonder if Doc will get the axe if Raps come back and win the series.

He can’t coach Nets ,  his buddy Simmons is already there

It'd be the first comeback from 3-0 right?

I think doc already had the record for blown 3-1 leads

Someone pointed out that if a team with Doc and Harden loses a series after being up 3-0, it will destroy the internet for real this time.

Looks like my Bucks friend was right about potential schedule scenarios based on what the sports radio out there was saying yesterday assuming the C's sweep and MIL closes it out in 5. From BRobb:

Quote
If the Bucks win their series in five or six games, league sources tell MassLive that Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals could start as soon as Sunday afternoon (or even Saturday night if the Bucks win in 5). If the Bulls-Bucks series goes seven games, the series would begin on next Tuesday. Boston will host Game 1 of any potential series against Milwaukee or Chicago at the TD Garden after securing homecourt advantage for their second round series on the final day of the regular season.

Durant is a phenomenal player but my god he's so soft. If people have Instagram here, go check KD's most recent IG stories. If you remember some of the criticism Charles Barkley gave KD about his time with the Warriors, then you'll understand it.

Not a good look for KD IMHO

How much do we think Bruce Brown gets in free agency. I'd love to add him as a bench piece.
