Wow magic beat the warriors. Even without curry, that’s pretty for warriors. How soon can they get curry back? Also I hate to say but klay Thompson lost quite a bit from his two injuries. Just looks off. Maybe it will come back, but given his age and severity his career may have got the grant hill treatment.

Warriors are in freefall.  6-12 in their last 18.  Just not playing good basketball.  There is a real chance they fall out of 3rd (5th is even possible).
2025 Historical Draft - Cleveland Cavaliers - 1st pick

Starters - Luka, JB, Lebron, Wemby, Shaq
Rotation - Noah,
Deep Bench -

With all these teams struggling to produce consistently here at the end of the season, I can't help but imagine the Celtics locker room.

This whole thing with Zion Williamson is very strange. He’s reportedly not practicing with the team and is still rehabbing from a fractured foot, but then he posts a video of himself doing a between the legs dunk...

https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/33574775/new-orleans-pelicans-zion-williamson-posts-dunk-video-amid-ongoing-rehab-foot

Williamson returned to the New Orleans area on March 5 after spending two months in Portland continuing his rehab. Since back, he hasn't been cleared by the team to do much on-court work. During the portions of practice that have been open to the media, Williamson has done just some light shooting -- without jumping -- with his player development coaches.

The Pelicans have not given any official update on Williamson's status since March 5, when the team said he was showing improved signs of bone healing and that he would gradually progress to full weight-bearing exercises and basketball activities. - Per ESPN

Quoting Nick from the now locked Ime thread:

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Had some hope the C's could gain some ground on Philly and Miami tonight, but that's going to be more of a challenge now.

Philly is playing the Lakers, but LeBron is sitting.

Miami is playing the Warriors, but Klay, Draymond, and Otto Porter are all sitting.

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

Lebron is blatantly playing huge minutes in the games he plays and then sitting out games in order to keep his scoring average as high as possible.

Seems like Kyrie can now play in NYC while unvaccinated.

And that's why he doesn't deserve to be placed above guys like Tatum on all-NBA teams.

well that and his defensive efforts have been absolutely pathetic.

He ll only use his athleticism on a defensive play at the end of a game where that play could be result of the win  or loss .  he made a fantastic block few game back in LA , to seal a game .  it was as good as he could have made 10 years ago.  It was the only play I saw him push himself on a defensive play.  Most of the time he walks around watching the young guys try and make defensive stops.   He can play defense , but defense is no worth getting hurt over as it adds nothing to his personal stats that he is concerned with.

Couple of games tonight neither team wants to win. Okc magic, winner falls out of bottom 3. Pacers and kings. Both teams jockeying for position. Kings didn’t play sabonis or fox.
