Last night was the night for this. Why Smart came in and played all of over time I have no idea.

Yeah it’s strange. He got teams to play d in the past but his offense to me has always been pretty bad. IT first bailing them out with amazing heroics. ( how sick was IT that year?)
  Now we stand guys in corner to exclusively for me. He either can’t get guys to move or doesn’t want them to on offense.
  Why would we not bring a player to the foul line vs Miami to beat their zone? How could we continue to NOT do this one simple thing.

I’m sorry, but putting In our G-league unit of Grant Williams, Green, Edwards, Waters, and Tacko was not going to help matters. They certainly were not going to save the day.

I knew you wouldn’t like the answer. 8 years no rings, no championships, no player leadership development. Stars play ISO ball, and are not held accountable. No accountability whatsoever. There is no team identity, zero semblance of what they trying to do out there. JT ISO followed by JB ISO, followed by KW ISO.

Can someone explain to me why we didn’t know how to beat a simple zone vs Miami? There’s way better hoop minds on here than me but last year is haunting me. Why did we not move vs the zone? Was it players refusing or not listening  to go to the foul line to receive a pass or was it Brad did t want that? It has to be one or the other, right?

Funny you ask because during the ncaa you see teams employing that simple move to beat the zone, not only that, the announcers offered the zone busting remedy but alas Brad didn’t get it.

Yeah if the coach cannot develop the players Ainge should either fire the coach or get him better players.

 I’m honestly surprised to see this answer. I figured it has to be something I’m not getting. I just can’t accept this we t on for minutes after minutes snd we really missed the series over it. Wanna puke. Somebody tell me something different!!
