I would like to see Waters get some run guarding Young. For all his flaws Waters is a defensive menace!

You’re kidding, right? I’m pretty sure that’s his worst skill. He’s like 5’10” in shoes. shooting stroke looks decent, though.. Are you the one that also wanted to see Tacko guard Jokic tonight lol.

I mean, what's the worse that could have happened? Jokic goes 17-23 instead of 16-23? Could he do any worse than TT?

I think he would go minimum 22-23...

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Tremont Waters was the SEC Defensive Player of The Year in 2019.

Oh, well that changes everything. Brad should probably have Waters alternate between guarding Collins and Tre Young. If we can slow those two down, should be in pretty good shape for this game.

Waters has a lot of warts to his game but he's a defensive pest.

You called it "his worst skill". It's not. No kidding.

Waters really doesn't have alot of warts to his game. He has one wart: his size. He's a good player.

Both Kemba and Theis are out and Rondo is out also.  Snell is available.

So the starters will be (?):

Pritchard
Brown
Tatum
Ojeleye
Thompson

Will Teague play off the bench or will he be bypassed for Tremont Waters to get some playing time?

Against Denver, Thompson and RWilliams were never on the court together so I guess that will be the Center rotation.  Grant Williams did not play last night so I guess he will be the primary PF back up?

I was thinking sooting, shot selection, decision making is uneven but I think he is a really good defender despite his small size.

While the Detroit and Washington losses were brutal, the C's could make up for it a bit by beating ATL twice in a row after beating a good Denver team.

That starts tonight, though it won't be easy.

It's a back2back, so expect similar performance like the Pistons and Wizards games.

What exactly are warts? Waters is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. His entire game is a WART if that's what you mean. He's small, can't shoot, makes bad decisions and shouldn't step foot on the court.

Go Celts! Not expecting much but I can hope they put two good efforts in a row. Someone thinks they should play Waters? That has to be a joke right? Well I guess he may have to play with Smart & Kemba out but man he is awful.
