Nesmith is missing shots by a mile

You are confusing Nesmith with Jaylen Brown.

I did.
9 times out of 10 this season, I’m pretty sure Nesmith would be okay with that mistake.  ;D

Lol. TP

I would like to see Waters get some run guarding Young. For all his flaws Waters is a defensive menace!

You’re kidding, right? I’m pretty sure that’s his worst skill. He’s like 5’10” in shoes. shooting stroke looks decent, though.. Are you the one that also wanted to see Tacko guard Jokic tonight lol.

Tremont Waters was the SEC Defensive Player of The Year in 2019.

Oh, well that changes everything. Brad should probably have Waters alternate between guarding Collins and Tre Young. If we can slow those two down, should be in pretty good shape for this game.

Waters has a lot of warts to his game but he's a defensive pest.

Waters really doesn't have alot of warts to his game. He has one wart: his size. He's a good player.
Except he’s a bad shooter, makes really bad decisions shooting and passing, turns it over a lot and gets abused in switches. Lots of warts.

Gets a lot of steals and can make some nice passes occasionally. Tries way too hard though

Waters gets very limited playing time so he forces things when he does. Chucks it. Looks to make the hero pass. Etc.

And the reason he only gets that limited time is he’s too small to play consistent minutes.

We are watching 5 Celtics first round picks on the floor right now.
I hadn’t been noticing that and now I can’t stop. That’s pretty cool to see... double edged sword but still really cool.

Ball movement has been great so far

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

I really wish we didn't double so much. It never, ever works and the other team always gets an open corner three

What is our fascination with dumb double-teams?

Or does he force things when he plays and therefore is not given playing time?  ???

Nesmith with a couple rookie mistakes the last few minutes. Maybe he shouldn't be playing 10 straight minutes, Brad

Yeah, the double-teams are silly.
There are two kinds of people: those who say to God, 'Thy will be done,' and those to whom God says, 'All right, then, have it your way.'

You don't have a soul. You are a Soul. You have a body.

PP's takes to the basket are fantastic. He really knows how to work against big defenders around the rim. Reminds me of Lowry.
