I hate the way Doris states the most frivolous, unrelated, unnecessary snippets of information like it some profound insight, drives me crazy.

Then I get all confused wondering if, because I think she is terrible in the booth, I am misogynist, legitimately is terrible and/or whether these two things are not mutually exclusive.

She is my least favorite announcer

She's better than Hubie Brown.  Van Gundy is hit and miss.  Who are the good national level NBA announcers?

Now for the steady dose of Carsen Edwards and Waters to run through the second half.... this team does not have what it takes to compete for a championship. I will no tbe surprised if Tatum starts agitating for a trade in a couple of years if things do not change.

Was this your opinion coming into the game. Or is it substantially revised after watching 24 minutes of essentially meaningless pre-season basketball?

I keep an open mind before the game. I like to see the Cs win every game. I am quick to express my disappointment when I see bad habits that plague the team year after year. Why would they even allow Kyrie to burn Sage on their court?  That is disrespectful.

It's common in Native American culture. Just because you're unfamiliar with it, doesn't mean it's disrespectful.

The burning of sage on someone else's court is an affront because sage is burnt for spiritual reasons sometimes to drive out evil spirits. Is Kyrie trying to cleanse the TD Garden of evil spirits?

It's more reflective of spiritual growth and healing. Driving out evil spirits is a product of Americanized horror movies.

If it’s coming from Kyrie, I doubt it has much to do with actual growth or understanding.  Preening for the cameras like he’s on Tic Toc is more accurate.

He did the same thing before the game on Tuesday, but tonight it's a juicier story because he's in Boston. He could go do the same thing in Cleveland and no one would care. Some of his beef with the media is valid.

And btw, its TikTok. If you're gonna try to quote the youth, don't go all Boomer on it.

I’m not sure that they could, and that to me means that they’re pretty dispensable.

Even if we start 0-10 we’ll be in playoff contention when Kemba comes back.

With Kemba and Thompson back from injuries, our depth is still pretty iffy, when they are both out, it is horrible.
