Crazy we are only down by 7 points after being super sluggish and not showing energy in this half.

That is because Miami just missing some easy treys - they will get blown by Lakers anyway in the finals

Only a matter of time before Miami hits like 4 straight threes.

I've been willing to give Hayward an extremely long leash, the misfortune he's suffered in green has been horrendous but looking at it objectively, it's becoming increasingly difficult to not see him as the worst FA acquisition this team had made in some time right now.

At this point, I'm not sure that that would be good for our health, and I'm not too sure how much I want to watch more games of this kind of effort and play by the guys.

I agree, being down by 7 is way better than we deserve.  The thing is the Heat with the exception of Robinson, have been garbage as well.  Jimmy Butler should have about 30 in the half with as many times as they were able to get Kemba switched onto him. 

That first quarter effort was pathetic, 2nd quarter effort was better.  We are lucky Miami didn't already throw the haymaker and we would be down by 20.

yes they are collapsing and closing on drives, but we have to find a way to get easier shots.

That occurred to me as well.  He just doesn't look the same as he did when it was basketball with no distractions.

The good news is we are only down 7 after a truly awful half.

I couldn’t envision a worse combined effort on offense and defense. Missed too many easy shots, gave up way to many open looks.

This could very easily be a much larger deficit. Let’s hope they re-focus at halftime because clearly the urgency wasn’t there at the start.

Miami is going to line twice as much as the Celtics so they don't even have to make 3s. The Miami Possums will be just fine.
