Crazy as it sounds, Westbrook's future contract situation might be even worse than CP3's.

Westbrook $41.3M, $44.2M, $47.0M the next three years. Chris Paul’s is $41.3M, $44.2M for the next two years. But CP3 at least seems to show up in the playoffs and can be a leader. Westbrook is just super inconsistent, and extremely erratic which costs his teams in the postseason often.

Houston will really regret this trade lol

Westbrook's contract is worse and they gave up their 2024 and 2026 1sts (both top 4 protected) and two 1st pick swaps (protected) in the trade.

All because they thought he'd be a better fit than CP3 and because he's Harden's friend lol.

This Rockets team is embarrassing. No effort on defense. Westbrook has been hot garbage tonight and he's still chirping at the Lakers while down 30+  ::)

Remember when I thought Houston would give LA a series?

Pretty embarrassing showing by them.

  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
Westbrook is in a very sad place career wise.

Guards who can't shoot are the real casualties of this new NBA.

He lacks the BBIQ to make up for his lack of shooting.

I don't blame you. Everyone drank the microball coolaid without realizing that 6'5" P.J. Tucker had a zero percent chance of defending the basket against AD and Lebron. Combine that with having two perennial playoff chokers as their stars, and you have... this series lol.

Man, Westbrook has the mentality of a 5 year old. You're down 30 and you're showing more effort in fighting a fan than he does in playing basketball.

Truly embarrassing. Not only did he throw a whopping tantrum, but he only averaged 19.8PPG on 42% from the field. He let them down immensely. Harden averaged 29.4PPG on 50% from the field, and performed similarly well against OKC. They gotta trade Westbrook if they can.

'23 Historical Draft: Orlando Magic.

C: Chris Webber (00-01) / Ralph Sampson (83-84) / Andrew Bogut (09-10)

I think the blame falls squarely on the shoulders of Westbrook and D'Antoni

To be honest, I really think the Rockets need to blow it up and trade everyone. (Yes that includes Westbrook and Harden.)

^this, blaming Harden and the system is asinine when it saved their season (people forget how bad the Rockets were before they shifted to microball).
