Wow! Gordon Hayward already!

I love me some Gordy, but I feel like he could have been had later. However, he's a great secondary playmaker on the wing who can shoot from all over.

Bosh is always good, but I'm definitely not sold on him and Amare covering for James Harden.

That is a lot earlier than I thought Gordon Hayward would go. Although I do see him fitting in very well in this Historical League because of how well rounded he is and what a team player he is. In that regard, he has a strong case as the best SF on the table.

I just thought he would slip and go later. Be a high value pick when it came time to fill benches.

With the 4th pick in Round 4 of the 2020 Historical Draft the Indiana Pacers select:

Gordon Hayward

Thanks Nick I'm back.

Hayward led his Utah team in 16-17 to the WCS and had a fine year.

He's going to give Embiid another capable offensive threat to complement Dirk up front.

What's better than one elite passing, floor spacing, rebounding big man next to Kobe and Dame? How about two?

With 4(6) the Los Angeles Lakers select

The Joker - Nikola Jokic

PG: Chauncey Billups/ Baron Davis

Was wondering where he'd end up. Felt like he had to be picked this round

Oh, Hayward and Dirk. That is nice!

I really like the chemistry between those two. Hayward's ball-handling and PnR game will work very well next to Dirk's threat as a floor spacer. Give Hayward a lot of room to operate.

Agreed. I do think that there's a better all-round wing who's still available though.

I had Jokic pegged as a mid 2nd round pick. Terrific value this late in the draft. His high post offense is one of the best counters you can give to dominant interior bigs like Shaq. Plus, Jokic is a basketball savant who makes everyone around him better.

I love the fit next to C-Webb because I believe C-Webb needs a high post center to unlock Webber's threat as a low post option for Webber to be a high functioning PF. Otherwise (without a high post center), Webber needed to play center rather than power forward in order for him to be a high value player.

Oh boy this is the ultimate all offence pick. Incredible value to be able to pick a high level All-NBA calibre big with a unique skillset in the fourth round.

Dang! Was hoping he'd fall just a few more picks. Great selection

Webber was a low post threat? I always thought of him as a modern stretch big with great playmaking chops and volume scoring ability.
