I agree, though I'm starting to have doubts about us getting a team healthy come May.

I don't think either of these guys moves the needle.

Probably the case.  They had to give up Winslow for Iggy. They’re pretty much spent on picks so will need to give up some player of value to get Gallo.

EDIT: I forgot OKC controls at least one protected pick from Miami, so they can play with the protection on that pick as compensation.

Make it bigger. Paul and Gallo for Johnson, Dragic, Olynyk, Waiters, and Herro, redirect one of those players to a third team if needed.

Adding Gallo and Iggy makes the Heat pretty stacked but If The Celtics are healthy I like their chances against any team, including The Bucks!

Frankly I’m not sure why everyone is so confident Iguodala is some savior ready to push a team into contention. He hasn’t played since June and he isn’t getting younger.

I'm not sure Iggy can still play but Miami needs help on The Defensive side of the ball. A good shooting team is going to pick apart there zone in the playoffs, They needed an upgrade.

Didn't we loose arguably our two top players in the off season and Ainge put this team together on the fly. It's a very exciting young team with a ton of room to grow and the third best point differential in the league.
