I am a little concerned with the lack of a viable big on this team.
Great having the full MLE but there isn’t gonna be any bigs left.

As of right now we don’t have the full MLE.

So do we basically have to wait around until Philly decides to play while bigs get plucked off the board only for us to roll into July 6 with open arms awaiting the arrival of our answer to embid and giannis...the oft forgotten Colton Iverson?

The Russell deal means the Warriors won’t be able to keep Kevon Looney, a prime candidate for the Celtics’ vacant starting big spot.

W/ Iguodala trade, Russell and Klay both maxes and dump Livingston's GT, GSW 5 players.  A mere $18.2m below the hard cap to fill out 9 roster slots. Even if they keep McKinnie, Graham, Napier NG, $13.1m for 6. Goodbye Looney, Cousins, Cook, possibly Bell.

Well, would still prefer Noel given the option, as he'll be cheaper, but Looney would be a solid (if undersized) consolatoin prize.

I bet you somebody like the Chicago Bulls or the LA Clippers end up getting Kevon Looney before Boston

Honesty have no idea at this point. So much movement today across the league. Only a handful of teams have legitnvap space left at this point.

Free agent Bobby Portis has agreed to a two-year, $31M deal with the Knicks, agent Mark Bartelstein tells ESPN.
