I know hindsight's 20/20, but in the 2016 draft we missed out on some good players. I still like the Jaylen pick a lot — in fact, I like it more and more every day — but after that it gets disappointing.

At #16 we could have drafted Malik Beasley, and at #23 Dejounte Murray, Pascal Siakim, or Malcolm Brogdon. (Of course we could have taken one of those guys at #16, too.)

Instead we came away with Yabusele and Zizic.

Think about having Beasley and Siakim part of our young core moving forward. I have to think Danny's kicking himself.

Would've loved having Siakam or Brogdon with that 23rd pick. But can't believe it...Ante Zizic.

Only to go to the Cavs in the end.

Siakam's leap is so eerily similar to Kawhi himself.

The guy is long and looks to me improved much better than all those drafted before him.. Legitimately giving Kawhi his best Pippen impression to MJ... Just wow.

As everyone said.. Draft is such a crap shoot its more easily looked at in hindsight.. You get lucky with these mid first founders or just roll with the dice with busts... I love Brogdon and obviously Siakam has contributed so much more to the Raptors this season than what any of our new acquisitions have.

We needed to stash the picks for salary purposes

This is why I hate stashed picks

Teams can go over the cap to sign their first round picks. We didn't have to stash them.

Just have a feeling that Robert Williams is going to become our next Gershon Yabusele. But wishing Williams can become a Pascal Siakam.

Danny wouldn't draft anyone who doesnt agree to be stashed. Why does people not know this?!

It was to do with the roster spots available. We didn't have any, hence the stash. We tried a lot of trades going into the draft, none came off

Wasted picks, in mine opinion.

In what world was Sully a wasted pick? He did incredible for a guy that we took at #21 overall
