Terry was added at the behest of the Celtics because Wallace was going to have to be included. Without Wallace in the deal KG/Pierce could not have been moved.

Pierce and KG alone made 27 million and Humphries is only 12.

So no its not have Terry and one less pick and TE. Instead its we'd have to have kept Pierce or KG.

I seem to recall that it was theoretically doable, but it would have meant that guys like Reggie Evans, Tyshawn Taylor, and Tornike Shengelia would have had to been part of the deal.  Or it would have been close enough that a third team's involvement could have easily been enlisted.

Yup this is a team that's all talk. From Jordan Crawford to  Lee to Sully to Humphries to Rondo.

Wallace is blind if he can't see that this team is talent challenged. If he wanted to, he should have gotten a better share of the ball and contributed to scoring. He was a contributor (scoring wise) with his other prior teams. I am often beffled why he can't score more.
Peavey Bass Player - relearning to play after 10 years sucks;

Might be because he sucks at shooting.  :)

Wallace is correct. Wrong person to say it but he's correct. Perhaps they just need to get rid of some dead weight....here's looking at you Wallace

If it hypothetically needs to be said, who would be the right person to say it?

I'm not saying it's a direct result of Wallace's statements, but the Celtics did play with much more effort and energy last night than in the previous couple.

So, while his words may not have been the cause--they probably would have decided to compete harder for the sake of their own pride, regardless--they certainly didn't seem to hurt team morale.

That's really all I care about.  If he's not hurting the team, he can say whatever the heck he wants as far as I'm concerned.
