I think it is fine statement, he knows the team shut him out at times and did not respond at half time a lot which is where a coach can put his stamp on a game and make adjustments. We used to be good at that but it did not happen this year.
Our guys did not shut out CBS until Kyrie, we became a "me" team. It is the leadership style he learned from LeBron.
Changes that need to happen and growth I would like to see in Brad.
1) Small ball must die, bigs have value and routinely crush your system.
2) Implement something where we do not take as many jumpshots and live and die by the three, drives are good.
3) Realize that defensive rebounding is important, we got killed on the boards all year
4) Remember it is ok, to show fire sometimes and your not the coaching version of Mr. Rogers.
5) Quit trying to conserve young guys when they are hot and ride their hot shooting to victory.
