In FIBA's play, fouls that are just meant to stop the clock are considered unsportsmanlike. There is no hack-a-player out of ball action, for instance.

Ugh.

On the bright side, I like that he gave the ball up on that play.  He was driving to the hoop with 2 seconds left, and made a decent pass to Middleton.  Being able to pass out of the drive is something I'm glad to see Tatum do (though wouldn't have minded him trying to take the last shot their either).
