Yeah, pretty much.  He's getting old, and he didn't look great in Philly.

Any time you can trade a 26 yo all-pro WR so you can start the rebuild around a #2 overall picked RB coming into year 2 so you can trot out a washed up qb whos been terrible for years but then augment that rebuild by signing a 30 yo slot receiver to guaranteed money when you already have a slot receiver, you have to do it.
