Tough loss. But what a great game!

Not a great game - never great when the Celtics lose.
I hate GS - dynasty pretenders
The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce

We need Hayward to make a lot of progress by the playoffs.

Yeah this was the difference IMHO.

Good game but there was some bad lack of focus at some points. That 2nd qtr where the bench couldn't figure out where curry was for some reason and the last few minutes of garbage. I expect the team to tighten that up by playoffs tho
everyone got so sensitive after 9-11... thanks alot bin laden

Celtics can't beat the Warriors at home....very hard to beat them in a 7-game series.

Celtics played well though. Nothing to hang heads.

They got tired as well. Cant do anything about that.

Smart loses the game with failure to box out

amazing

"You guys are all blind here"

That was Tatum's responsibility as the third guy in the lane. Smart was out past the three point line and, thus, not his responsibility  ::)

Leta all personally thank Kyrie for giving this away in the fourth with his carelessness

We need another go to scorer. Became too dependent on Kyrie. Hayward not close to being the guy we need.

Still think we match up well with them.

Fun game.  Moral victory to keep it close.

Giving up that rebound to Draymond is a killer.  Can't do that.

The Celts' Achilles heel showed up ... can't get to the line enough, give the opponent too many free throws.

The Warriors are just too good though, the Celts played a great game.

Rotten luck with the bounce

Yeah, tough bounce on an ugly miss

bad box out

Yeah that wasn’t a bad bounce it was horrible basketball basics.  Why we didn’t have someone on the line blocking out Green to start with is puzzling.  We really had a lot of chances to win this game.

Call a timeout Brad!!

Once again, Brad kills us with his dumb arse decision-making. Have a timeout there on the inbounds play, but you fly by the seat of your pants and let a broken play and chucked three get taken. Effing ridiculous.

So done with him.

A TO was definitely needed.  Our offense was sputtering down the stretch.  Stagnant, tentative, lots of players standing around.  Brad could have worked his ATO magic.

Players gotta work out problems on their own.

It'll have to be Tatum, but probably not this year.

Marcus smart with a rare lack of bball iq.. block out the shooter!!!!
that was Tatum's assignment as the third man on the lane

No, it was on Smart. He comes flying in to the restricted area and missed the box out.

How the hell are you supposed to box out somebody IN FRONT OF YOU? No, that was Tatum's mistake.

Game was pretty much lost when brad stayed with the Rozier, Hayward, Theis , Brown Tatum line up in the third. That group did absolutely nothing.
