That was a terrible lob pass by Smart

Nah, it looked like a bad pass because Williams didn't roll as hard as he was supposed to.

Williams has ability, but he doesn't know how to play yet.  I think he'll get there though... by all accounts he has displayed a great work ethic with the team.

People on here act so excited to trade Rozier. I get it he's not perfect but when Kyrie and/or Smart are down and Rozier is giving you performances like these in their absence, that's valuable for a team competing for a championship. And lets face it, NO ONE is dealing a first rounder or some star for him at the deadline.

I don't think anyone is expecting a star.  He just doesn't fit in when coming off the bench.  If Kyrie gets hurt and misses the playoffs, we're not winning the East anyway.

But they almost won the East last year with no Hayward and no Kyrie....

I'd like to watch one of those Nba VR games.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

I really like Williams' demeanor on the court.  Pretty stoic even when he makes a mistake or gets beat.  Does a lot of things reasonably well (some things really well) for a very young rookie big. Don't see evidence of the immaturity we heard about. Seems to get along with teammates and seems like a learner.

Yeah, but Toronto, Philly, and Milwaukee are all better.

Yeah, or Smart, Morris, Tatum, Hayward, Horford or even Kyrie.

Indy up 6 v. Toronto -- about 5 minutes to go.

agreed - we have a number of players that are good at scoring in the post that we don't use enough -- particularly when we're having a night of bricking 3's
