a bit over stated, but yes, at the end of the second quarter they had fallen back to the crappy play that has charactierized this team too often this season.

but CBS can straighten this out and they celtics will dominate.

Stevens let that bench unit play way too much of the 2nd quarter and he cooled off his starters doing it. Brown just 10 minutes. Kyrie just 13. Don't care what the score was, you have to play it like it's a close game all the way through the first half always.

Yeah but that 2nd unit was having some success.  I don’t regret Semi’s minutes for example.

I don't see how it's overstated.  That was on par with the poor quarters I've seen the C's play this season.  16 points total.  No energy, horrible shot selection, lazy 3's.

The only reason we're not more upset is because we had an anomaly of a 1st quarter with 45 points.  Against a good team this would be far more concerning.

Despite a good first quarter still not crazy about the first half overall, hopefully we don't let them get within single digits in the second half. The way we finished that half the Hawks could easily get back into this game.

The hot first quarter shooting was a mirage.

I'm just not a fan of any system that makes the three point shot 50% of our offense, because while we have decent to good three point shooters, I'm not sure that they're consistent enough shooters (at least historically) to justify that type of system.

I missed the 1st quarter but what I saw in the 2nd quarter looked par the course. Just getting outworked in multiple facets of the game and getting dominated in the paint

Three possessions to start the second half end with layups. THAT'S what I like to see, Brad! Granted, most of them are on fastbreaks, but I like the pushing of the ball on stops, as well, which only increases shot attempts at the rim, too.
