Clearly a foul, and they did not let him land.

Shock can do that a guy.

Hard to know how much pain.  My guess is far less pain than it would seem.

I know people are saying ankle, but I thought it was higher -- we'll see. Just awful.

The Cs were really lucky to get this health 2008 season from KG, Allen and Pierce. The team seems to be doomed

i feel like we are cursed. we lose an all star first game of season? jesus. i hope he can recover for next year 100%.  we were finals bound with hayward.  oh well. just need him to be ok now.

Terrible iso decision by Smart. One of several bad decisions over last few possessions.

We just lost all our morale. Everybody seems to be worried about Gordon now that playing the game.

Honestly can't blame them...

So you can catch the ball, hop foward, then take off dribbling?

Our heads are no longer in this game.  They're concerned about their teammate

Terrible game from Smart so far. We seem shocked as a team since the injury.

Was his leg, not his ankle. Bone came through, but the leg sleeve hid that part. I am physically sick.

Devastating - just devastating.

The Bias curse continues.

James knocked him off landing on his feet and Crowder twisted Hayward's body in mid-air.

Game almost feels like it doesn't matter anymore. Players must feel so out of sorts right now.

I am not holding anything in this game against this team. I have no idea how they're playing still.
