I think the Jazz like AB, Smart and Crowder.  I read that we would have cap room if it's a sign and trade but I'm not sure how that would work.

So how would this work exactly?

Could we get Favors in return too lol?

Developing: according to Ryan Bernardoni (cap expert), the Sign & Trade would enable Boston to keep Bradley, Crowder, and Smart.

Interesting. Who would we send back then? Is Rozier enough in terms of salary?

I suppose in theory we'd be able to sign and trade KO since we have cap space before adding Hayward correct?

We renounced KO I thought.

Uh oh...Ainge will nix the entire deal if Rozier is involved. LOL

That would be great if we can keep all of them and work another deal for a PF. Some team may want to get in on a 3 way deal.

I guess not. KO sign and trade is still possible:

Also, according to the transaction wire, the Celtics rescinded Kelly Olynyk's qualifying offer, but did NOT renounce him. This is important."

Obviously I'd love this but I feel like we don't have enough perimeter minutes for thomas Bradley Smart brown Hayward Tatum crowder.

The Jazz have quite a bit of interest in KO apparently, too.

I'd still like to see Favors attached to the deal somehow, though, because we're still going to need a starting PF. Something like:

Boston: Hayward S&T, Favors

Utah: KO S&T, Crowder, and Bradley (or he could be rerouted to another team)
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

Dont know all the rules but I thought renounced only means we lose his bird rights.  But I figured he could still be signed with cap space, which we have until we sign Hayward.

Is there a way to do that and keep one of AB/Crowder?  :o
