We know KO and the non-guaranteed guys are gone.  But between rozier, smart, AB, and crowder, someone has to go to be able to offer Hayward the max.  And unfortunately, Rozier by himself doesn't get it done.

So who is gone?

Of our main players KO gone is enough to make it work I believe

They showed it on espn the salary working. It would be a touch below the max we can offer

I'd move AB and then tell Marcus to slim down so he can guard more ballhandlers.

That's the thing.  If Hayward getting the max, it has to be crowder, AB, or Smart.  And obviously needs to be done in such a way as to cut salary.

Why not trade AB and Rozier for a PF. Then play Hayward at the 2. Depth would look better keeping Crowder long term.

And let's not I'd ourselves.  DA already knows who it is.  He didn't come this far without already having a trade in place.  Just need to wait to find out who it is.
