Surprised at all the Heat premonitions... They seem a distraction third. What's with all the "wife wants Miami"? When has she said this? What does she do anyway?

there were photos of her and family on the beach making pro beach statements. cannot recall if it was in florida on a vacation or not.

We have beaches too.

Yes we do....and the condo's are cheaper than South Beach.  :)

My wife has made "pro-beach" statements, too. We're not backing up for Florida yet, though.

Plus, don't underestimate the allure of Revere Beach.
Great sandcastle making competition there. Huge free agent draw.

I miss the sand castle competition.  Also, Bianchi's pizza is some of the best around.

Now I've made myself hungry.
Bianchi's is great pizza but my best memories of Revere Beach was always going there for a late night eat at Kelly's when the only Kelly's Roast Beef was that Revere Beach location. Lines out to the street at 2 AM in 20 degree weather. Ahhhhhh...good times.

If I was a star scorer who would be defended by my man as well as Rubio's, I would mind playing with him.

He's diet Rondo.

It's taken some impressive mental gymnastics to frame Ricky Rubio as some sort of difference maker after he was nearly traded for Derick Rose at the deadline and managed to lead KAT and Wiggins to 0 playoff appearances.

I second this. Pass first PG's who can't shoot do not affect games anymore. Rubio has never been that good either. They were ready to trade him for a bag of Cheetos this year. I would imagine GH knows this. But who knows.

I don't understand the Rubio love by Hayward. Rubio isn't going to move the needle for Utah.

According to the Jazz broadcast team..the addition of Rubio and keeping Hayward..the Jazz project to winning 60 games in the next 2 or 3 years..

Now I think that is crazy talk. I see them at best as the 7th or 8th best team in the West with the roster they have next season.

It probably stems from the trade deadline and Hayward wanting some more help. Doubt it will move the needle on his decision too much.

Do they mean in the 2 seasons combined?  Out West, it's possible.

If they're projected to win 60, I guess GSW will win 120/82 games.
