This Cavs team would win a 7 game series against any team in NBA history including the 96 Bulls and 86 Celtics. They represent the evolution of the game.   And yet they getting abused by this Warriors team.  The warriors, simply put, are the greatest sports team in the history of organized athletics.  Only injuries and age will ever beat them.

I take it you haven't watched NBA basketball for very long? Those teams would destroy this Cavs team.
Lebron is best individual player in history including Jordan.  Human evolution.  Nobody would be able to stop him.   The Warriors have the only player in history who can go toe to toe with LeBron.  And they also have Steph, Klay, and Draymond.

LeBron is the best athlete to every play professional basketball.  He's not even in discussion for the best basketball player of all time.  Two way different honors.
He's the evolutionary Magic+Bird+Jordan in a superhuman body unlike anything the world has seen.  He's quicker, stronger, more explosive than any of those guys with Magic's passing, Bird's shooting and Jordan's athleticism.  He's a work of baskeball perfection and he has two more all stars on his team.

Golden State is unbeatable.  We are witnessing the best team in the history of sports.

I hate that Durant is going to get rewarded for his cowardly move, but I'm pretty glad that it's coming at the expense of Cleveland and Lebron, especially due to the fact that we're going to be the clear number one non-home-team target in free agency for the max-level free agents now, specifically Hayward and Griffin.

Also, a 3-5 record in the Finals is really going to hinder Lebron's legacy as a top-5 player all-time in the long-run. Looking more and more like his situation (being in a weaker Eastern Conference for much of his prime) has really aided his ridiculous Finals trips run.

The salt is real with you, jpotter :).

For real, though, did KD joining the Warriors not rub you the wrong way? I think I took it harder than most, because I literally thought there was zero possibility he would do it due to how bad it would look for him.

The Warriors choking that 3-1 lead last year screwed it all up for us, though. I truly believe Durant would be in Celtics green right now if the Warriors wouldn't have choked last year.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.
