This team need a real coach and new GM

This kind of humiliation is no where being seen. The most negative record of NBA history for first time, being 31-72 after first half. Sure that this team does not have a real coach, but a kid, out of NBA level. Plus an irresponsible GM, who brings every year, in last 5 years only junk and mediocre players. This team have to be reformatted from ground zero, if pretend to see a real team during playoff

Ainge just got us a number one pick.   I think he had no intention of us competing for the NBA title this year.   If you thought we were then you drank the miracle kool-aid he was pedding.  But he is not the problem.   He didn't think we could compete for the title and stayed pat at the deadline because he has patience.  But a number one pick is a good asset and a sign that he knows what he is doing especially given we rebuilt fast and had a good record and still got the number one pick.

Given CBS has been given junk and mediocre players do you even appreciate even more what he has done?  If he has won the best record with the Army of Misfit toys is that a sign that he did a good job?   You can't have it both ways.
