If I am wrong, I am wrong but I have always interpretted it my way. Must of just got confused regarding the difference between non-guaranteed and team option and CBO. But Coon doesn't specifically say how you interpret it either.

TP it was a good convo. You're right that he doesn't specifically state one way or the other so it is muddled. I haven't got Twitter but I know he did es an faq on there every now and then. It would be a good question for someone here to ask him
