I'm watching the Rockets right now and sure they aren't good enough to win it all, but they are a free agent away.

They picked up guys like Gordon, Anderson, Williams, why do we never pick up guys like this?

It just seems to me that collects scrappy guys with flawed offensive skills. Outside of IT4 we could really use guys known for getting to the bottom of the net.

I like Smart, Crowder, and so forth, but I feel like we have too, many of these type of players.

We're in the postseason playing way too many of these types, and we wonder why we go on scoring droughts.

Anybody else just really underwhelmed with this roster outside of IT4 and Horford? I just want a powerhouse team to watch. Tired of the gritty role players.

I agree. I don't think a bench full of Bruce Bowens or Matt Barneses or something can get it done. Need a few thoroughbreds.

I was nervous before about adding yet another guard to this team and now the thought just doesn't bother me as much

Ainge pick up guys like Gerald Green, Jonas Jerebko, Amir Johnson, Tyler Zeller.

Sometimes a player under a max contract who is not performing up to expectations on a consistent basis.  :(

Im more concerned about defensive effort of our wing and big players. Crowder have declined defensively. Jerebko is what he is. Amir is so slow, KO is maddening inconsistent and Zeller just plain sucks.

I can't seem to settle down after this game. Can't get over these numbers:Bradley, Smart, Crowder 4-26 and Rozier, Brown, Green 7-15. We have some scorers on our bench that need to play. On a 23 to 0 run you maybe insert a scorer and take out Marcus Smart and Crowder. Maybe you sit Bradley if he's hurt, like he looks like he is. I mean in a game like this where you're just straight losing try something different.

Yeah, I really thought Green would be a great bench scorer for Boston this season, but alas ...

And yeah, it seems like Danny's averse to offense.

We need a shot creator from the wing or 2nd guard.  Right now Isaiah is the only reliable guy who can do anything off the dribble.  Marcus just isn't explosive enough to do this when the pressure is dialed up.  Jaylen very well could be this person down the road, but the problem is this year he isn't ready.  His handle is way to weak.

Terry Rozier is the only player with the physical tools to do this in the Wizards series.  He might need to be a key contributor if we are to go up 3-2 in this series.

Yes, and that was great. Just makes me wonder why Brad doesn't turn to him more often, or earlier in games when it's clear the team needs offensive punch.

Hes got no idea what he is doing on defense and when he isnt hot, he is basically useless on offense.

He is a desperation move. When all else fails throw in gerald and maybe hell get hot and pull 15 points out of his ass.

I agree. There are plenty of opportunities out there to get scorers this summer.

Im in favor of making a move for Carmelo Anthony.  Gordon Hayward would be a good signing and in the draft weve got a terrific chance to get either Tatum or Fultz who project as 18+ppg guys.

Melo is starting to make a lot of sense.

If you ever wonder what Pierces legacy would look like if we didnt trade for KG and Ray, take a look at Carmelo Anthony.

Hes a gifted scorer and would take so much of the load off Isaiah. Plus, Im not even sure hes a liability on defense. Put him at the 4 and he can cover most 4s. Hed also be our best rebounder.

Brad's been struggling mightily with the in game adjustments if you ask me.  He is smart, I think he will get better at it.  Right now that 20+ point run with no timeout was concerning as well.
