as much as the starters haven't gotten it done tonight, if I'm Brad, I'd leave them in the game to the end so they can reap the 'rewards' of the craptastic play tonight.  maybe that will drive the point home to them to play with some effort

The last two games have me right back to where I was after they dropped the first two to Chicago.

This is a likable and hardworking group but they don't have enough size or talent.

I coach middle school basketball. We were awful this season. Had 6 players.

We never gave up a 26-0 run.

Start Rozier next game

Or at least give him Smarts minutes....
Terry thoroughly outplayed Smart statistically in this game. Maybe it's an energy thing. Competition. Let's see what happens when Stevens says to Smart "No. Not you".

Or Jaylen Brown

Yeah, I thought Brad was a stats guy....

Finally Brown in Garbage time........

Way too late. Could have provide energy during a scoring drought along with Rozier.

This series shows that Boston standing pat at the trade deadline was not a good idea. They just don't have enough players. A lot of grinders...only one or 2 players
I definitely agree that when you are relying heavily on your depth/bench and those guys can't shoot or can't play great D or can't rebound, and every night you're sorta looking for some sorta gimmicky miracle like Amir Johnson or Gerald Green or something to change then you have a significant issue.

This is why I'm sticking to the part where I'd rather have Portis now. This is why I'm not apologizing for my Julius Randle comments. Terry Rozier and Smart are so great? Let's see it. More than every once in a while

Lol if randle and portis were here youd say the same thing.
If they were failing? Yeah I would.  But they'd be failing at a position of need. These guys are failing at positions of depth

They overacheived this season. They are not the #1 seed. They are really the 3 seed.

Start Rozier next game

He is the only one showing any kind of fight out there.
Crowder, IT, AB just doing nothing the give the team a spark, and that is horrible because those are the guys who we thought were our leaders.

Give Rozier, Jalen, KO, and the other guys more of a chance.  Our rotations aren't helping us.

Lol Brown comes right in and hits a three.

I honestly would rather have Brown play and start over Crowder. At least Brown can get to the hoop, and if Crowder isn't going to play passable D or hit his shots, then we don't need his low-arse BBIQ out there.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

Worst part of a loss like this is the aftermath.

I don't want to listen to any sports radio, podcast etc... Like I have to block out and ignore the pain.
